SERENE TEOH

Known in Canberra as the feisty building advocate and liaison, Serene comes from multicultural Singapore and is fluent in both English and Mandarin. An experienced negotiator with such language abilities, Serene can serve property needs of overseas clients and is known for establishing lasting and trusted relationships with them.

Along with her passion for residential home sales, and more than ten years of real estate experience under her belt, Serene is the ideal consultant for builders and developers who want to ensure profitability and healthy sales volume for their projects.

If she isn’t working out a feasibility study, or busy cuddling other people’s babies, she will most likely be baking the latest chocolate chip cookie recipe, sipping tea with her church family, or perhaps chilling by her favourite rockpool in Bermagui.

Paco is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Australian Capital Territory, and has had extensive experience in Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne, with more than five years of experience in real estate advertising, marketing and backend administration. He started as a property manager and gradually extended his profile into sales as well.

He enjoys every part of the transaction process and will go the extra mile for his clients. When he is not on the phone with his clients, you can find him in the gym, pool or enjoying a cup of Chai Latte at a local cafe near you, probably still on his airpods talking to his clients.

Mae is a registered engineer with much to offer in the way of diversity of experience and profession in that she have worked in. Within these industries, she have had the opportunity to learn construction procedures, and the protocol necessary to for Trusted Realtors to run smoothly. She has also sharp organisational skills with high attention to detail. A true well-rounded team player, Trusted Realtors' marketing ideas, proposals and reports, high impact PowerPoint presentations, graphic design have all been entrusted to Mae's capable hands.

Mark has an architectural degree and he is our 3D render and architectural specialist. He is the one responsible for our top notch three-dimensional models, animations, and video fly-throughs in our various projects. Mark also create the concept plans, digital styling, draft drawings, and facades for buildings and landscapes.
